For families who want more than a notebook

Preserve their story. Hear their voice again.

Living Memoirs guides the interview one question at a time, structures the narrative, then lets your family chat with the biography — grounded in their own words.

Who is it for?

Adult children and caregivers (35–55) who want to capture a parent or grandparent's life story before it's too late — without turning it into a homework project for the whole family.

The gap today

StoryWorth and note apps collect text — but they don't help the story *speak*. Families want to ask questions and hear answers as if their loved one were still there to reply.

What Living Memoirs does

A gentle guided interview, a structured memoir, then a share link so relatives can chat with the biography — answers come from what the author actually said, not generic AI filler.

    Frequently asked questions

    Is the beta really free?

Yes. During beta you can create a memoir, try the guided interview, and share a family chat link without paying. We may ask for feedback — that's the trade-off.

    Do relatives need an account?

No. Only the memoir author signs in. Family members open the share link and chat as guests — no password, no editing rights.

How does the family chat work?

After you publish, relatives ask questions in natural language. Answers are grounded in the published memoir text — not invented biography filler.

    Where is my data stored?

Hosted in Europe by Noematic SARL. You can export or delete your account data from the app. Memoirs stay private until you publish and share a link.

    What AI is used?

Interview assistance and chat use a local or self-hosted LLM (Ollama). Retrieval search may use our RAG stack. We do not sell your memoir content to train public models.

    What happens after beta?

We plan a Pro subscription around 15 €/month. Early beta families may get 12–19 €/month depending on profile. You'll hear from us before any billing change.
